What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be black-tie formal, so we’d love to see you in your most elegant attire. Our wedding is outdoors and it may get chilly when the sun goes down! Think tux or suit for men, and floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’ve worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says “+1” or includes your guest’s name, we’d be delighted to have them join us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in the wedding party). We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in. If you are a DeBoer, I know you will be there 3 hours early LOL

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We’re embracing the beautiful January weather in Florida and will make sure the setting is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for all our guests.

Will transportation be provided? Parking On-site?

Answer

We will not be providing a shuttle service since many people are staying at Airbnbs, locally, or at different hotels, but we highly recommend carpooling, designating a driver, or taking advantage of the convenience of Uber and Lyft. This way, you can come and go as you please and enjoy the celebration worry-free. There is ample parking on-site.

Where should I stay?

We have a hotel block at Courtyard Fort Myers I-75 and Gulf Coast Town Center (10050 Gulf Center Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913) under our name: DeBoer/Bucci Wedding. Please book before December 19th to receive the discounted rate. However, there are also great options on Airbnb and other locations closer to the water if you prefer!

What if I can’t make it?

We’ll miss you! Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What’s the best gift to get you?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift! However, if you’d like to contribute to our next chapter, we are registered at Amazon via Registry tab or contribute to our new house/honeymoon fund.
