The dress is code is Formal Garden Attire - a polished, elegant look suitable for an outdoor setting, but a bit more relaxed than traditional black-tie. Bring your own style and spirit! Ladies, we encourage formal, flowy, dressy attire for all of our goddesses. Please avoid thin heels as you’ll be on beautiful garden grass! We can't wait to see you dancing under the stars. Please plan to arrive between 5:30pm and 5:55pm to the ceremony to allow time for parking, settling in, and soaking in the beauty of the gardens. We’ll begin promptly at 6pm and wouldn’t want you to miss any moment!
Yes — the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in the gardens, under the open sky — rain or shine. Please dress comfortably and accordingly (and see our note about footwear!).
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hyde Grove Gardens — no need to travel between venues.
Transportation from the Hyatt will not be provided. We highly encourage carpooling or using Uber or Lyft for ease, comfort, and to fully enjoy the evening without worrying about parking or driving.
No worries — Hyde Grove Gardens is part of our home property at 6462 Hyde Grove Avenue, Jacksonville FL 32210. Please follow the signs to access Hyde Grove Gardens on the right side of our home. There will be clear directions guiding you to the entrance.
Limited parking will be available at nearby residences of friends and family, as well as our home. However, we highly encourage you to carpool, Uber or Lyft so you can relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest.
Prepare for a feast! Chef David will be preparing an incredible open-fire meal, featuring the most gorgeous fruits, vegetables, and meats, inspired by Southern American cuisine and fine dining traditions. Come hungry and ready to savor every bite under the night sky. If you have any food restrictions, please make sure to note it on your RSVP.
For the ceremony, seating will be open, with reserved spaces for our parents, grandparents and wedding party. For the dinner, we are bringing everyone together at one long soulful table - because when two wild and wonderful families become one, there's no such things as "sides". You'll have an assigned seat to help keep the flow (and the wine) moving smoothly. Each seat has been chosen with intention - to surround you with warmth, laughter, and connection.

Several close family members have children included in their invitation for the Ceremony portion only. We kindly ask that our Reception remain an adult-only celebration. Please make arrangements to enjoy the evening kid-free with us.
No. We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and be fully present with us. Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing every beautiful moment.
