Can you tell us about the Montana venue?

Answer

Rainbow Ranch Lodge is located in the Gallatin Gateway in Montana. The venue and Lodge are located along the Gallatin River, with immediate fishing access, and bordering National forest, for hiking access. The closest airport to fly into is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.

Can you tell us about the Cleveland venue?

Answer

Windows on the River is located along the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland, OH. Our wedding reception event will be held in the River View Room, with access to the patio. The event is located right next door the the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Downtown Cleveland offers a diverse mix of great restaurants, breweries, shopping, and attractions (Great Lakes Science Center, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, etc). The closest airport to fly into is Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Can you tell us about the Montana Rainbow Ranch Lodge accommodations?

Answer

Rainbow Ranch Lodge has blocked off all rooms for our guests. Our ceremony and reception will be steps away from the rooms. Complimentary continental breakfast will be provided to all guests staying at the Lodge. The Wild Caddis Restaurant and Bar is located within the Lodge, and is open for dinner and drinks every day from 4 P.M to 9 P.M. The Corral Bar/Steakhouse is located across the road from the Lodge, and is open from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M. every day, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also multiple restaurants located close to the Big Sky Resort.

How should I prepare for the weather in Montana?

Answer

The weather in this area of Montana can fluctuate from very cold (low 30's) to very warm (high 80's). Please bring both hot and cold weather clothes. The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, but the reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring my own alcohol to the events?

Answer

Due to Montana and Ohio laws, you may NOT bring your own alcohol to the ceremony or reception events. All alcohol at the ceremony and reception events will covered by the bride and groom. However, you may consume your own alcohol within your rooms.

What is the attire for the wedding events?

Cocktail attire is requested for all of our wedding events.
