Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Debbie Sawicki and Mike Benischek
As we find fun things for you to do or places to eat, we'll keep compiling them here.
West Hills Country Club

West Hills Country Club

121 Golf Links Road, Middletown, NY 10940
, (845) 341-1899

We're getting married here. You should attend :)

Galleria at Crystal Run

Galleria at Crystal Run

1 Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941
, (845) 692-8883

This is modern America, so of course a major shopping center is not far. Come here if you forget to pack your underwear.

Arby's

Arby's

239 New York 17K, Newburgh, NY 12550
, (845) 567-0979

Fine dining is the key to any great wedding weekend. Nothing says fine dining like thin-sliced roast beef sold at a 24-hour combination fast-food chain and truck stop. Mike recommends the Beef N' Cheddar. Fun Fact: one Valentine's Day Mike gave Debbie his heart-shaped curly fry.

Storm King Art Center

Storm King Art Center

1 Museum Road, New Windsor, NY 12553
, (845) 534-3115

There are a lot of cool art pieces mixed into the landscape. And you can take a photo like this one!

Neversink Gorge Trails

Neversink Gorge Trails

754 Katrina Falls Road, Rock Hill, NY 12775

There are many hiking trails and state parks in the area, but this is one of the most highly rated. There are trails with waterfalls. We haven't been here, but we're now inspired to go!

Angry Orchard

2241 Albany Post Road, Walden, NY 12586
, (888) 845-3311

Angry Orchard offers self-guided tours and tastings. Just don't enjoy too much of the cider prior to the ceremony.

Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun

99 Holiday Mountain Road, Monticello, NY 12701
, (845) 796-3161

This ski resort has a ton of summer fun activities, from go-karts and bumper boats, to mini-golf and arcade games, to a rock wall and a mechanical bull. It has so many things to do you may want to skip the wedding. (Please don't skip the wedding.)

The New York Renaissance Faire

600 New York 17A, Tuxedo Park, NY 10987
, (845) 351-5171

For those staying past Friday night, the Renaissance Faire is open on Saturdays and Sundays. Please don't get your outfit for the wedding and your outfit for the faire confused.

For all the days along the way
