Fine dining is the key to any great wedding weekend. Nothing says fine dining like thin-sliced roast beef sold at a 24-hour combination fast-food chain and truck stop. Mike recommends the Beef N' Cheddar. Fun Fact: one Valentine's Day Mike gave Debbie his heart-shaped curly fry.
Storm King Art Center
There are a lot of cool art pieces mixed into the landscape. And you can take a photo like this one!
Neversink Gorge Trails
There are many hiking trails and state parks in the area, but this is one of the most highly rated. There are trails with waterfalls. We haven't been here, but we're now inspired to go!
Angry Orchard
Angry Orchard offers self-guided tours and tastings. Just don't enjoy too much of the cider prior to the ceremony.
Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun
This ski resort has a ton of summer fun activities, from go-karts and bumper boats, to mini-golf and arcade games, to a rock wall and a mechanical bull. It has so many things to do you may want to skip the wedding. (Please don't skip the wedding.)
The New York Renaissance Faire
For those staying past Friday night, the Renaissance Faire is open on Saturdays and Sundays. Please don't get your outfit for the wedding and your outfit for the faire confused.
