Semi-formal/cocktail attire is encouraged. Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors/outdoors. Since it's mostly outdoors, women should wear either heels or flats that you feel comfortable walking around in on grassy spots and loose stone areas - choose your footwear wisely!
A shuttle will be provided to and from Liberty Mountain Resort. There are two shuttles that fit 13 people each. It will be making multiple trips to and from the venue. There will be about a 25 minute gap between each round. The first round of shuttle service will start at 3:00 PM, and the last round of shuttle service will leave for the venue at 4:30 PM. We recommend not waiting until the last shuttle time in case it becomes full, and planning your trip to our ceremony wisely. The shuttles will make several trips back to Liberty Mountain Resort at the end of the wedding, starting at 9:30 PM. The last shuttle service will leave for Liberty Mountain Resort at 12:00 AM.

Our venue is in the Catoctin mountains of Maryland and will be slightly cooler than the surrounding area. In July, average temperatures in Sabillasville, MD, are in the mid-80s, and the lows are in the high 60s. There is a slight breeze at our venue since it is on a mountain side, and is on average 5 degrees cooler than the surrounding areas.
