Embracing the spirit of a campground wedding, we are excited to work as a community to serve meals throughout the weekend. Friday: Breakfast - Overnight French toast, breakfast sausages, and coffee/tea Lunch - Soup and tortellini salad Welcome Dinner - Taco bar provided by Bird & Co. Saturday: Breakfast - Pancake and frittata breakfast with fruit, bagels, various cereals, and coffee/tea Lunch - DIY sandwich buffet with Cookie Time Bakery cookies Reception dinner - Wood fired pizza, charcuterie, and salad from Rustic Taps (https://rustictaps.com/) Sunday: Breakfast - Please note that there is no organized meal on Sunday morning, as all guests must check out by 11 am. However, coffee, tea, and any remaining breakfast materials from the weekend will be available to those who want to grab a quick bite. Good Life Market and Village Bakery (both in Raymond, ME) are good local options for breakfast on the road. Onsite walk-in refrigerator will be available to all adult guests so feel free to bring any snacks or additional food/drinks you may want.
We hope to provide tasty options that accommodate the needs of all our guests (vegan, gluten-free, etc.). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies as soon as possible so we may plan meals accordingly.
The welcome dinner on Friday is casual, so feel free to come as you are. For the ceremony and reception on Saturday, the wedding party will be wearing floor length dresses and suits. We imagine folks will be anywhere in the festive/cocktail/dressy casual range, but ultimately wear whatever you feel most comfortable and happy in! For footwear, please note that (weather permitting) the ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy lawn.
Kingsley Pines allows BYOB for guests throughout the weekend. However, in accordance with Maine State law, for the catered meals Friday and Saturday night, guests will only be allowed to consume beverages served by the bartenders while the bartenders are onsite. There will be an open bar on Saturday for the reception. Please note that Rustic Taps does not accept Venmo, so please plan to bring some cash for tips.
Yes, there is ample parking available onsite. There are two temporary parking spots next to the campground office to be used during check-in, and there is longer term parking next to the baseball field on your way into the campground. There will be signage to guide you when you arrive at Kingsley Pines.
Most major cell phone providers will get good signal at Kingsley Pines, and AT&T users will tend to receive the strongest signal.
Unfortunately, Kingsley Pines does not allow pets onsite.
As Kingsley Pines is a summer camp, there are many activities onsite. There is a sandy beach where we can swim, lawns to play games on, tennis courts for pickleball enthusiasts, and so much more!
Unfortunately, Kingsley Pines does not allow tent camping onsite.
Although many of the cabin clusters have enough light to see, you may want to pack a flashlight or headlamp (or use the flashlight on your smartphone) to help you avoid any roots/sticks on the paths.
