We are asking that you RSVP by June 21st, at the latest, but we would love for you to RSVP as soon as you can! This helps us to give an accurate headcount to our vendors! You can find the RSVP tab at the top of this page or send back the RSVP card you receive with your invitation!
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to park & find your seats! 4:30pm arrival time is requested!
You can expect to receive your formal invitation in early-mid April 2026!
Invitations will be specific and include the names of children invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself and have fun!
Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to ride/uber/lyft together if possible!
Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a cocktail dress, LBD's or dressy separates are great.
Weather permitting our ceremony will be outside! Cocktail hour & the reception will be indoors!
We ask that you please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and keep phones away. We will have amazing photographers working away getting the shots we will cherish for a lifetime! (Don’t worry there will be tons of photo opps)
Yes! We will have a shuttle service from the Hotel Zero Degrees hotel to the venue and back!
Not unless you book ahead of time! Due to the remote location of our venue, ubers & lyfts are highly unlikely to be found at the time our reception is set to end. Please utilize the shuttle back to the Hotel Zero Degrees or plan accordingly to get home safely.
