Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is primarily outdoors with all indoor/covered options if necessary. The ceremony is projected to be outside but can be held underneath a large covered pavilion if necessary. Cocktail hour is indoor/under a large wrap around porch and has an outdoor option. Reception will be under a large covered pavilion.

Do I have to travel to a different location for the reception?

Answer

Nope! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all held at the same location!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Your invite will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been able to be accommodated for you. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Are children able to attend?

Answer

Due to limited seating, only children from the Bride and Grooms families will be able to attend.

Is there a room block at a nearby hotel?

Answer

Yes! Check out the Travel page on this website to use the link for the local hotel room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Reedsville, PA, as well as local Airbnbs!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged a shuttle to transport to and from the Reedsville hotel. Pick-up times for the ceremony are 1:45pm and 2:45pm. Transportation will also be available back to the hotel from the reception. Reminder, the reception is the same place as the ceremony, Annsfield Estates. Transportation back to the hotel will be at the following times: 8:30pm, 9:30pm, and 10:30pm.

What is the Attire?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The attire is semi-formal. Ladies can wear short, midi, or floor length dresses, skirts, dress pants and blouses, or pantsuits. Gentlemen can wear slacks, a button down shirt with or without a tie, a suit, or tux. Please no T-shirts, jeans and/or sneakers.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that the ladies avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride. These colors include Whites, Ivories, and Creams.

Will there be food and dancing?

Answer

Yes! There will be a large grazing table of fruits, veggies, meats, and cheeses during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style meal during the reception. Following dinner, the DJ will start the music and then the party starts!

Will the wedding offer bar service?

Answer

Yes! A bar service will be covered by the Bride and Groom for cocktail hour and the reception. There will be 2 signature cocktails, 2 beer options, a seltzer, and a wine option!

Where should we park?

Answer

Upon arrival to the venue, there will be an entrance sign and from there, signs will point towards the gravel parking lot on the venue. The parking lot is located behind the large covered pavilion. Parking is free.
