San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
SFO is the closest airport to the ceremony and reception locations. HOWEVER, Oakland International Airport (OAK) and San Jose International Airport (SJC) are also options. Oakland airport is about 30-40 minutes to San Francisco depending on traffic and where you are staying in the city. San Jose Airport is 50-60 minutes to San Francisco depending on traffic and where you are staying. If you come from Oakland there is a 5-7$ bridge toll (when driving) depending on the day and time, no toll going the opposite way through FYI. I think SFO is your best best for convenience but feel free to shop around for the best price!

We have a room block at the Holiday Inn on Van Ness, it is about a 5 minute drive from the ceremony location. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance, but more importantly its also within walking distance to Bob's donuts. There is a discounted rate for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. I posted the link below provided to me by the hotel for the block and discount. Let me know if its not working, for reference, the standard rate should be $188 and $178 for Sunday. If you plan to stay at the hotel outside of those days, you need to call to make the reservation to still get the discount (although I am not sure if they will discount the additional days outside of the block days). You can absolutely feel free to stay somewhere else besides the hotel we blocked. We just thought we would make it easy for those who wanted it. I would avoid hotels in the Tenderloin, Civic Center, and probably SOMA neighborhoods. Another option would be to look for a hotel near the reception location.
