We are asking that guests stick to black tie attire. It isn't often that we get to dress up a little, and we will truly never all be in the same room like this again in our lives. We want our friends and family to dress up with us to dance the night away!
We do not have a hotel block as most of our guests are local. However, we have a few recommended hotels listed on The Details Card in your invite. These are all within 15 minutes of the venue. There are many others in the area as well, these are just a few: Hilton Garden Inn Sheraton Suites Hampton Inn Courtyard by Marriott
There will be some children in attendance, including our own. We are not opening the evening to all children. If your children are attendees, they will be listed on your invite. All children (even ours) will be leaving at 8pm so the adults can let loose without worrying about the littles!
We ask that if you cannot be seated at the ceremony prior to the start time, that you simply wait for it to conclude and then join us for the reception. The ceremony should only last 30 minutes and will begin promptly at 2:30pm.
At the same location as the ceremony! Our ceremony will be outside at the Goodyear Heights Lodge, and the reception will follow immediately after inside the lodge.
Rain on your wedding day is actually good luck! If we are blessed with rain, we will just move the ceremony inside the lodge.
We have many friends and family with particular needs for their diets. We are hoping to have a little something for everyone! We will have gluten free meal options, vegetarian options, and gluten free dessert options as well!
