Maid of Honor
Emily is my oldest and best friend. We were pictured "dynamic duo" in our high school yearbook and have been going strong ever since. She challenges me intellectually and in my faith, and somehow always knows how to say exactly the thing I need to hear. Emily's brilliant, thoughtful, generous, loyal, and brave-- I've known Emily would be my Maid of Honor for almost 15 years, and I can't wait to have her by my side!
Best Man
I met Justin in the womb, and we became good friends instantly. From days of legos and mock Sportscenter commercials, to Mirror Image performances and epic games of FIFA, he’s been by my side since day 0. Once, I sent him a poem that Emily had written for me, and his response was “wife that woman up”. Working on it. I could not imagine another man standing beside me on the most important day of my life.
Bridesmaid
Megan and I met at one of my favorite places, Bethlehem Farm, moved to one of the coolest places, Athens, Greece, and have since grown a beautiful friendship I am so grateful for. When I sent the first 'defining relationship' text to Danny, I was screaming on the phone with MD. Through Baklava and apartment cooking, poetry and long phone calls, Megan is so much of who I am. I'm so excited she'll be there for our day!
Groomsman
There are the people in your life that would do anything for you, and there are the people in your life that would put peanut butter on your door handle in the middle of the night to prank you. Wynn Brown is both of those people. Wynn has been a constant source of encouragement and accountability throughout my college and post-grad life, and was one of Emily’s early friends at Notre Dame. We’ve shared many incredible memories through the years, many of which will not make it into this bio for a variety of reasons, but I am so grateful to have this brother by my side.
Bridesmaid
When Jessica and I meet new people, they ask us all the same questions-- where did you go to college? What did you study? Masters? Where do you live? What do you do? And we struggle to distinguish ourselves... Notre Dame, American Studies, ACE, our favorite 3rd floor apartment, teacher at Resurrection School. Jess is an awesome roommate, and I know she'll be a great bridesmaid!
Groomsman
Sam and I go way back to the year 2000, when Justin and I got another playmate and sibling in our life. Sam was always the best competitor in nerf guns, baseball, and Super Smash Brothers, and I have many memories and home videos of us goofing off in the Flanders living room. We are thrilled to have him standing beside us on our special day.
Bridesmaid
Ro and I became friends right off the bat in college, and since I have learned that she believes in telling stories to create social change. She believes in ice cream, even at 7am. She believes in making everyone feel special on their birthday, believes in washing feet on Holy Thursday, and believes in the goodness and connectedness of all people. She believes in fairies (like, the real kind). Roisin teaches me - and has always taught me - that there is so much to believe in! I can't wait for her to be there for our celebration!
Groomsman
Kai and I met over Memorial Day in 2019, and I could not be more excited to be gaining another brother in my life. Kai has continually impressed me with his passion for delicious food, his love of photography, and his sense of adventure. I’m excited to hit the slopes with him someday as his brother-in-law. In the meantime, I’m grateful to have him standing beside me and his sister on our wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Kelly and I hit it off in Intro to Theatre, and decided to live together for the rest of college. Nobody knows my late-night candy wall preferences or my ability to disappear a bag of hint-of-lime chips like Kelly does. Once, Kelly and I almost found the Morrissey Medallion by uncovering a complex layered greek cipher, and she definitely consulted on a few texts to Danny in the early days (okay more than a few) (okay a lot) (okay I might have her help me write vows too).
Groomsman
Matt and I became homies after going to Iron Sharpens Iron together in our early Duncan Hall days. We soon connected over our shared love of jam sessions, competitive sports, and social deception games (thanks, Secret Hitler). Matt and I were roommates both our junior and senior year at ND, and I have many great memories playing Acoustic Cafe in DuStu, early mornings in SDH with the breakfast boys, and winning our first game of Fortnite together while hiding in a bush. My greatest fear is that Matt will challenge me to a dance-off at my own wedding, but I can’t wait to celebrate with him by my side.
Bridesmaid
I met Brooke in college long before I ever had any idea she'd be my sister-in-law! We love two guys with the same DNA, so I don't have to explain that Brooke is smart and has great taste. I have loved chatting over puzzles on a Saturday morning with her and finding mature ways to pass our time in quarantine (read: Webkinz). Brooke inspires me in so many ways, and I am so excited to be family!
Groomsman
Charlie is the friend that will crush your score on the finance exam, then wreck you in a game of spikeball, then psychologically destroy you in a game of chess. The man can do it all. We shared an incredible senior year together in The Lounge, and now love to talk about stocks that we can pitch to Millay as the “next big thing”. Charlie is one of the most authentic and loyal guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing - so excited to have this beast beside me on my wedding day.
Bridesmaid
I've always wanted a sister, but I never knew it could be someone as cool as Abby. When Danny asked me to help pick out a sustainable birthday gift for her before I had even met her, I knew we'd be fast friends. She's the sourdough-starter-loving, earth-caring, justice-fighting, compassionate, generous, funny sister-in-law I am so lucky to be getting. I'm so glad she'll be right there with us on this special day!

Devon and I became fast friends our freshman year when we discovered that both of us were in Introduction to Psychology, and quickly realized that neither of us knew a thing about psychology, leading to many late night study sessions crushing flash cards. This quickly blossomed into a business partnership where we envisioned the first ever (to our knowledge) bluetooth bike lock (Bolt-Up™) that can now be purchased on Amazon (from a different inventor, we never got around to making it). My crowning achievement was losing ~50 $1 games of Madden to Devon, and settling our bets with a huge bag of quarters. Cannot wait to have Devon celebrating our marriage by our side.
