Groom and Bride
We're looking forward to seeing you on what will be the most amazing day ever! Like our tongues in this picture we plan on letting it all hang out. If any of the people below try to collect money from you saying it's for the bar, the valet, your dinner or anything else - it's not true. We feel so blessed you're sharing this evening with us. We love you! *On behalf of the venue & humankind we've been asked to relay a few minor ground rules for the evening. -No skinny dipping in the lake please (Dr. Nate Beget). -Please keep the majority of your clothing on while on the dance floor & especially while in the dining areas (Bobby Sanches). -No belly shots (pretty much our whole crew). -Please stay until the end as we have a surprise for you (no we're not pregnant....yet).
Officiant
By day she has been the personal assistant to Swiss America for over 10 years. By night she is the youth pastor to a wonderful crazy group of students at Scottsdale Worship Center. Her worst idea was thinking she could cook unsupervised. Chris is now only allowed to make cereal when house sitting for us. She loves coffee, Jesus, scarves and happy endings (in no particular order.) She cannot wait for us to begin this beautiful new chapter of our lives together and we are so honored to have her "seal the deal."
Offspring of the Bride
Bronwin's life has been a crazy masterpiece, and her kiddos are her greatest creation. But just like the best optical illusion pictures, you can spend hours trying to figure them out. Some will see beauty, some will see determination, some will see creativity, some will see humor, some will see their Momma, but what fun you will have trying to see each child for who they are.
Offspring of the Groom
We may be late to the web page, but we're never late to the party! We both plan on getting our groove on at this wedding to make it the most epic celebration of 2020, if not all time. Mac: If by chance you see my sister Bails dancing on any tables if you offer her some form of sugar or a dessert she should come right down. Bails: Don't let Mac's good looks fool you. If she's challenging you to do shots as an FYI she's a three time & 4 state beer pong champion. Stay away!
Man of Honor
Once Playgirl's Playmate of the year, Mike recently underwent complete reconstructive surgery in an attempt to make himself less desirable as to not be a distraction from the Bride. Such dedication, such devotion, such beauty...well at least inner beauty.
Flower Girl
This first grader loves school, ballet, gymnastics and her Aunt B! Don't let Kennedy's shyness fool you, she's all silliness and giggles once she lets loose. Oh - and did we mention... she loves her Aunt B!
Flower Girl
This beauty right here is Bronwin's niece, Brielle - otherwise known as BGR. She loves to play outside with her puppies and toys. She's just taking her first steps, but is working hard to be running by February - let's just hope it's down the aisle! At the wedding you will find her at the food table because this little peanut loves to eat!
Ring Bearer
Rowan, or as we call him - Ro, has a lot of things in common with his Aunt B and Uncle Deano! He loves golf, Chris Stapleton, the Chiefs and drinking Hershey's chocolate syrup straight from the bottle. Be prepared to watch him turn it up on the dance floor. If you're lucky maybe you'll get to see him and Aunt B do the Chief's Touchdown Dance. If you find him at the s'mores table with his Aunt B or anywhere alone with Uncle Deano and Scotch - please return him to his Momma or Dada!
Father of the Bride
Bronwin’s dad has two goals in life. 1. Walk his daughter down the aisle. 2. Have a longer ash on his cigar than Deano. If you have a conversation with him for longer than 15 minutes, please come find one of us - he's legally deaf.
Parents of the Bride
So, 30 years ago these two dum dums thought it would be a good idea to add a teenager to their family shortly after the birth of their first son. A built in babysitter? NOT! A true part of the family? YES! Bronwin has always been the life of the party and has given us ample laughs due to some of her questionable decisions made during some of those parties. It's hard to imagine what she has taught our two precious, innocent boys - THEY'LL NEVER TELL. One thing we do know that she has taught us all is how to love and what the word "family" really means.
Mother of the Groom
God, Family, Friends, Christmas and Country... these are a few of Kathy's favorite things. She feels very blessed to have been raised in a family that always knew the value of God in their lives. The joy of the Lord comes in many forms: watching her kids' lives evolve being one of the greatest. There have been twists and turns in Deano's life that she was sure wasn't what the Lord wanted; but He has a way of making beauty from the ashes, helping us make a better life. She welcomes Bronwin into the family and her prayer for them is that the Lord draws us all together as a family as he draws us closer to Him.
Brother and Sister-in-Law of the Bride
Rustin has always been protective of his little sister, unless he is the one picking on her!! And Bronwin has her own way of being protective. After meeting several of Rustin's girlfriends, she took matters into her own hands and re-connected him with his first love, one of her best friends Stephanie. Many Pucker and Wine filled nights later - we are still the best of friends. And the boys bonded immediately over their mutal love of the brown liquids. Rustin Bourbon and Deano Scotch.
Groomsman and His Baby Momma
Most everyone knows this pair as Dizz and Yenny. Yenny grew up with B in Missour-ee and have a lifetime of stories too good to share.... if you know what I mean ;) She and Dizz met in high school and married soon after. B and Dizz quickly became buddies after bonding while watching Talk Soup, The Bachelor and Dateline after he hurt his back during their move out here, prior to Yenny arriving... (think Misery.) Deano and Dizz bonded a little differently over the brown liquors and the links. Once Ro was born, he sealed the deal on this foursome!
Ushers
If you have a short wait to be seated it is because we will be fighting like this most of the evening. William is the firstborn of the "dum dums" that took in a free baby-sitter, I mean teenager. While growing up, he was easily bribed to say or do anything Bronwin and her MOH wanted. Wesley is the younger brother who was often used as a manikin so Bronwin could see what her Miss Pettis County sash and crown looked like on another person. It's actually a miracle both of us made it out alive after all the crazy turns and trips to Johnson Shut ins. One of us has a wife and beautiful baby girl while the other is headed for a life of therapy thanks to his relationship with the Bride.
