Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Wedding party arrive at Beach Gazebo at 3:30 pm
For women, a dress, suit, formal romper, or jumpsuit are all acceptable. Feel free to include prints and colors. Since the ceremony will not take place on the sand, stilettos, dressy sandals, chunky heels, and wedges are acceptable footwear options. For men, while a jacket isn’t required, a breathable sport coat or unique blazer is a fun addition. Feel free to include prints or colors. Shoes can be a little more casual, but they still need to be closed-toe, such as Jordan's, loafers or deck shoes. Shorts and sandals are not permitted.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

All wedding guest will be taken in golf carts from the Beach Gazebo to Helios Terrace for the cocktail hour. There will be delicious appetizers in addition to cocktails.

We do not have anything planned for our guests on Saturday because this is also a vacation for you! Feel free to take advantage of the amazing amenities the resort has to offer. Book an excursion to Chichen Itza or stay at the beach and relax. This day is your choice!
