Yes this is an international grocery store and maybe an odd recommendation …but the Korean place in the food court has some pretty kick ass spicy cold noodles.

If you feel like exploring the mountains, this place has the best basil fried rice and spicy pho!
Price Lake
Beautiful place to see the milky way, kayak, or see fall colors! *As of November 2024, much of the parkway has been closed due to Hurricane Helene damage, hopefully it is able to reopen in the near future. If so there are a bunch of trails off the parkway to check out (and many salamanders to find).
McDowell Nature Preserve
Cute park to walk around, has a pretty accessible place for fishing.
Birdsong Brewing Co.
Home of the best (and worst) Jalapeño IPA. They have other tasty beers too
