Maid of Honor
Raegan and the bride have been best friends for over ten years. Brought together by jump rope, they've stuck by each other through thick and thin, on and off the competition floor. They've performed wheel together at nationals for over seven years (including as defending national champs… no big deal!). Even with distance between them, their friendship has never wavered as it turns out, kilometres don’t stand a chance against a bond like theirs.
Maid of Honor
Racheal and Deanna met 15 years ago at the Castle Downs Family YMCA, where their friendship began at summer day camps. What started as sunny day camps quickly turned into countless hours volunteering side by side and eventually a bond so strong that not even death could break it. Racheal won’t be joining us in person for the wedding, but her presence will be deeply felt. She’ll be cheering on Deanna and Nolan from heaven, smiling as they step into this new chapter together.
Bridesmaid
Bailey and Deanna met 11 years ago and since then Bailey has been a constant source of joy and friendship. Bailey always made it a priority to stay connected whether though long Snapchat updates or joining in on random sports just to spend time together! Bailey has been a steady reminder of Jesus’ love showing up with grace, forgiveness and encouragement when it was needed most.
Bridesmaid
Paulina and Deanna met during Deanna’s first summer in Lethbridge. As they got to know each other, they discovered they shared a love for Jesus, were both from Edmonton, and had a passion for soccer. Paulina quickly became a guiding presence for Deanna offering wisdom as she navigated life in Lethbridge and then the move back home. Even though their friendship is still young, it’s built on the most solid foundation: Jesus.
