*****Guests staying at this location will have access to our provided transportation/shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue!***** We have blocked off a select number of rooms at the Fairfield by Marriott Katy-Houston property from 09/04/26-09/06/26 for our wedding guests traveling from out of town. Guest that wish to do so must book their room no later than 08/17/26 in order to receive the group rate. (King room $94 + tax; 2 queen standard $104 + tax). In order to receive the preferred rates, for which you are contracted, individuals with telephone requests must identify themselves with Orea Wedding. Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis only. Please utilize the below link for booking.

Shuttle

September 5, 2026 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

A Shuttle/Charter Bus will be arriving at 4pm at the Fairfield by Marriott, departing no later than 4:30pm for the venue. The bus will then return guests to the hotel at the conclusion of the ceremony at 11:30pm. Upon check in, additional information will be provided by the front desk- just remember to state you are in town for the Orea Wedding!
