12:00 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be a photographer, but you can come in whatever attire you find comfortable!

The venue is reserved 12pm - 10pm. Below will list times for events throughout the day. ~ Set Up (12:00 - 2:00) You are more than welcome to arrive during this time, however, this time is for us to get tables ready, decorate, and prepare for the ceremony and reception. Any help would be appreciated! ~ Mingle at the Koi Pond Pavilion (2:00 - 3:00) Welcome to our wedding celebration! We ask our guests to arrive at this time and mingle at the reception site. Around 2:45pm it's time to move the party to our ceremony garden! ~ Ceremony at the Beverly Blue Garden (3:00 - 4:00) The main event! Gather around and join us as we share our vows. ~ Reception at the Koi Pond Pavilion (4:00 - 8:00) Let's celebrate! This will be the time for speeches, cake cutting, food, dancing, and all around fun! ~ Clean Up (8:00 - 10:00) We do have to vacate by/before 10pm. All trash, decor, etc, needs to be removed and packed up. Any help would be appreciated!
