Question
Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner & reception will be in the red oak ballroom.

Does cocktail hour happen right after the ceremony?
Answer
No. It will take place at 5pm. Ceremony will be at 3pm. Time will go by fast, so enjoy a drink at the hotel bar, hang out on the beautiful property. If you are a family member (Becker, Gaetto, MacDonald, Mangano, Mathisen, all extended family), we’ll be doing some family portraits and would love to use the quick break for that. A few pictures need to happen and we’d love to be able to enjoy our cocktail hour with you when that’s done.

Where do I park and is it free?

Lots of parking at the resort and it’s FREE.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love the kiddos, but we are going to keep them to a minimum. Get a babysitter, so you can party with us!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list. We’ll be able to accommodate those listed on invitation. It doesn’t hurt to ask though! David has made the B list a few times when we started dating. Happy to report that we get invited as a couple to events now.

What are we eating and what if I have a specific dietary restriction?
Answer
Dinner will be your choice of filet, chicken, fish or vegan/vegetarian. Your RSVP will be done via Zola and it will include the meal choice. Make sure to get back to us ASAP! We are able to accommodate gluten free, nut allergies, vegans, vegetarians and all other diet restrictions. There will be hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and there will also be a late night pizza option. Restrictions will not apply to hors d’oeuvres and pizza, so keep drinking.

What is the event capacity?
Answer
Pre-covid we decided to invite half the room’s capacity to ensure lots of elbow room for dancing. Ahead of our time! There will be plenty of room to space out no matter what the world looks like in October.
