FAQs

The Wedding Website of Deanna Steers and Carlos Mora
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

June 15th, 2025!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal to semi-formal attire is welcome! The wedding will be outdoors at a local campground with covered area available in case of weather. We recommend you wear low or wide heel shoes as the terrain of the campground will have some gravel and inclines in certain areas. Fall colors are encouraged!!! The weather in Tennessee in October is still quite warm during the day but can be cooler in the evening so we would also recommend planning for summer weather with light layers available.

Question

How to get to the venue

Answer

The campground address is 496 Deal Rd, Copperhill, TN 37317. This campground is rather remote so we would recommend for those staying over night to take a look at one of the hotels on the travel page as options since they are close enough for a convenient drive. We will not have any shuttles but will have some ride sharing available! (We are trying to keep it casual)

Question

Parking arrangements

Answer

There is parking at the venue. This is a bit of a remote camp ground so prepare for a gravel road! but the parking should be sufficient for up to 30 vehicles and we estimate well below that.

Question

Are pictures allowed?

Answer

We ask that there are no pictures taken during the ceremony as we will have a professional photographer there to manage that job for you! All guests will receive photos from us that were taken by our photographer.

Question

Can I bring a plus one

Answer

The wedding is intended to be fairly small. That being said, we know all of you really well and are pretty sure we included most people's plus ones/spouses. If we missed someone or you want to bring someone along, reach out to Deanna or Carlos and we can get things updated!

Question

What is the food situation?

Answer

We are planning to have a family style taco bar after the ceremony with tapas and little small dishes prepared for before. We will be accounting for the allergies we are aware of, having gluten free and dairy free options available. For the welcome dinner and farewell brunch, if you have a specific allergy we may not be aware of, just text Deanna or Carlos and we will make sure there are other options!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We have rented the campground for the entire day so you can show up as early as you like, however we would recommend arriving no later than 4pm for the ceremony for those not getting ready at the venue.
