Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered and would only accept your presence at the wedding or well wishes as our gift ❤️

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start right at 3pm. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to find a seat on the back patio and be seated by 3 pm. Thank you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, please dress for the occasion but be mindful that guests will be walking through cinders to get the the ceremony and to the reception. Heels are NOT recommended unless you bring alternate shoes to walk through the cinders in.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have gluten free options and lactose free options. Please contact Carlos or Deanna directly if you have a request.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have spent a lot of time and consideration on keeping our guest count down to 50 because of Covid and because of the minimal space. Only bring a guest if your invitation was addressed to your name and guest.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking in front of the house for those who have cars that won’t make it to the back parking and we have parking for trucks and those who are staying the night in a tent on the property in the back. There will be signs and people directing vehicles on where to park.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will provide your own transportation. We don’t have extra space at the house so you will also find your own lodging unless you plan to stay in a tent on the property.

Question

What are we having for dinner?

Answer

Appetizers and bar will be opened up immediately following the ceremony. Chips with guacamole, salsa and Hatch Green Chili dip along with Elote dip. A buffet style Southwest dinner will start at 5:05 pm provided by Main Street Catering of Flagstaff. It will consist of a taco and fajita bar, blue corn enchiladas and roasted vegetables. There will also be a Sweets table to help yourselves to at any time. The bar will have wine and beer, a bride and groom drink along with mixed drinks.
