The ceremony will start right at 3pm. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to find a seat on the back patio and be seated by 3 pm. Thank you!
No, please dress for the occasion but be mindful that guests will be walking through cinders to get the the ceremony and to the reception. Heels are NOT recommended unless you bring alternate shoes to walk through the cinders in.
We will have gluten free options and lactose free options. Please contact Carlos or Deanna directly if you have a request.
We have spent a lot of time and consideration on keeping our guest count down to 50 because of Covid and because of the minimal space. Only bring a guest if your invitation was addressed to your name and guest.
There is parking in front of the house for those who have cars that won’t make it to the back parking and we have parking for trucks and those who are staying the night in a tent on the property in the back. There will be signs and people directing vehicles on where to park.
No, you will provide your own transportation. We don’t have extra space at the house so you will also find your own lodging unless you plan to stay in a tent on the property.
Appetizers and bar will be opened up immediately following the ceremony. Chips with guacamole, salsa and Hatch Green Chili dip along with Elote dip. A buffet style Southwest dinner will start at 5:05 pm provided by Main Street Catering of Flagstaff. It will consist of a taco and fajita bar, blue corn enchiladas and roasted vegetables. There will also be a Sweets table to help yourselves to at any time. The bar will have wine and beer, a bride and groom drink along with mixed drinks.
