Founded in late 2019 by Kurt and Brenda, who moved to Sarasota in 2018, the truck brings a taste of Maine to the Sunshine State. Kurt, originally from Maine, missed the flavors of his hometown and decided to share them with his new community

Lobster Rolls: Served warm with butter or chilled with mayo, accompanied by coleslaw and chips.
