Bodega Bay consists of micro-climates which cause fluctuation in weather up and down the bay. Plan for breezy, warm days not exceeding 70°F and cool nights in the 50s. We advise bringing a warm, cozy layer with you for the wedding day in case we are visited by our friend, Karl the Fog. We do not expect rain. We do expect it to be lovely!

How shall I dress my feet?

Answer

Dress your feet comfortably, taking the following into consideration: the Garden grounds consist of hardpack gravel walkways, the dining space & the dance floor are located on wood decks.

How shall we get to the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up guests at the Bodega Bay Lodge and at the Inn at the Tides for transport to the venue.

What if I'm driving to the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot adjacent to the venue but not directly connected to it. Guests may park in the lot and walk across the street to the venue. Please use caution when crossing.

Question

Will the reception be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes. The reception will take place outdoors, nestled into a redwood grove. Because of the abundance of shade provided by the redwood canopy, the temperature in the reception space is much cooler. To reduce the chill there will be space-heaters throughout the dining space.

Cocktail attire is requested.
