We're getting married!

We met the day Matthew moved into our apartment for the summer before senior year at Cornell. He happened to rent one of my roommates rooms for that summer. Although we only lived together for a month or so, we hit it off right away and started dating soon after. We spent the next 6 months at school together before Matthew graduated early and moved to NYC. Miranda joined him there after graduating in the Spring. We have lived on the Upper East Side for the past 5 years and love our NYC life. We love camping (we do it every year on our anniversary - and it rains EVERY year), we're Bryant Park Summer Movie festival regulars, we try to hit every Shakespeare in the park show, we play a mean spikeball, and you can usually find us at a boardgame cafe or walking through a park :)

We got engaged on what turned out to be a beautifully sunny Saturday in the city. Starting off with homemade pancakes and flowers turned to walking through central park and stopping at my favorite spot in the city- the reflection pool. This is where Matthew asked Miranda to marry him. After we got together with close friends and family to celebrate <3
