If you are traveling by flight and the prices are steep, we recommend flying into Greensboro, NC. These flights tend to be cheaper. We can make arrangements for you to be picked up but let us know your flight details in advanced.

For hotels and Air B&B, we recommend looking for stays in the Matthews, Mint Hill, or Pineville area. These areas are closest to the venue, but on the outside of Charlotte. If you don't mind driving 25+ minutes, then feel free to stay wherever fits your budget. 

We recommend car-pooling if driving to North Carolina. Please note that you can no longer travel straight to North Carolina on I-40. You will be detoured once you reach eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina. 

We would love for everyone to share their travel plans with us and enable location sharing if traveling by car or alone! We want everyone to make it here safely!
