Get your passports ready - we can't wait to say "I do" in front of you!

A few weeks into the covid-19 shutdown Brittany was enjoying some wine with family and decided to hop on her hinge account (the hinge account that was made by Ashley, in her attempt to help Brittany expand her horizons). Ironically it was Steve's very first day on the hinge app. The wine helped nudge Brittany to make the first move and she swiped right, how could she resist the adorable pics of Steve and Paxton. Weeks after txting, sharing social media's, and finally face-timing; they both knew they had to meet. But......COVID. Like most small business owners during shut down, there wasn't much to do but pray and take the time to do updates or construction. Brittany had a painter lined up and he quit the day of the job. Desperate, Brittany posted about needing a painter and guess who jumped to the occasion. ;) Two days later their first date; masks and all, was at Home Depot. They have been inseparable ever since.

It's 12-31-2021 Steve, with the help of our closest friends, planned an unforgettable surprise engagement party. It is the night of New Year's Eve and Brittany was told to get dressed up to spend a night of partying with The Fick's and Steffel's. The Fick's even graciously picked the couple up for the night. They stopped in New Port for pre-gaming, or so Brittany thought. After walking to the beautiful outside patio there were steps leading down to an intimate area. As soon as Brittany took her first step she saw so many loved ones, a rose petal pathway with hundreds of lit votive candles that lead to a massive wood letter sign that said, "Will You Marry Me". Walking down the rose petal path, her and Steve's song came on; Andy Grammer "Don't Give Up On Me". In this very moment Brittany knew. As soon as they walked to the large gorgeous sign, Steve dropped on one Knee. With friends and family cheering and clapping, Brittany said HELL YESS!
