Shannon Airport
Shannon is the nearest airport with flights direct from the US. Approx. 2-1/2 hours drive away. During the summer months Aer Lingus and Delta both fly from JFK and United fly from Newark. All flights land early/mid morning.

Dublin Airport
Dublin is Ireland's largest airport with direct flights from most of the US and further afield. This may be an option for those wishing to explore more of Ireland, but note it will take over 4 hours to drive down to Dingle.

Kerry Airport
Kerry Airport is a small airport about one hour away from Dingle. They have flights to Dublin, London and a handful of other European destinations, but they can't be booked as part of any larger itinerary.

Ireland has many car rental companies, with pickup/drop-off at all the airports and larger towns/cities. Car insurance in Ireland can be pricey and a lot of credit card companies exclude Ireland from coverage, so just double check coverage when booking.
