What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

What is the criteria for guests attending the wedding but not staying at the resort?

Answer

All non-hotel guests must purchase a Day Pass to enter the hotel. The passes are valid for a maximum of 8 hours. Cost of 8hr day pass is USD $135.00/ usd $60.00 for child. Children are consider from 2.99-12.99yrs of age. Day Pass guests may not enter a guest room. ID will be requested upon check in for all non-hotel guests. Day Pass fees are collected directly on property, however non-Hotel guest names will be submitted to the Signature Wedding Designer prior to arrival.

Beachy Chic: Think light fabrics, fun colors, sundresses, linen shirts, and anything that feels good under the sun are all perfect Basically: Dress like you’re headed to a really stylish beach party—with a side of love.

Please let us know if you have a food allergy so we can plan to accommodate accordingly.

Only if indicated in the rsvp and is listed on the guest list. Please no surprise dates.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, please let us know if you will need transportation to and from the hotel and we’ll arrange accordingly

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We don’t have a traditional wedding registry, but if you’d like to contribute to our future adventures or newlywed life, we’re gratefully accepting monetary gifts. That said, there’s absolutely no pressure—we’re just happy to have you with us. 💛

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We decided not to schedule a full weekend of activities—because this is your vacation too! 🌴☀️ We want you to relax, explore, and enjoy the destination however you’d like. The only thing we ask is that you join us for the wedding ceremony (and celebration after, of course!). Can’t wait to soak up the sunshine and love with all of you!
