This is one of Dean's favorite stories as it seems all the stars aligned for the couple to meet. We met at a bar called Santora's in June of 2022. Dean and his friends were planning to have drinks on Main Street but made a last second switch to something closer. Sarah was scheduled to work that night, but called off to hit the town with her friends as they were celebrating a friend getting a new job. Dean had gotten drinks with an old friend a week prior and went up to say hello and was then introduced to Sarah. While the two had seemed to hit it off instantly, Dean was doing his best to botch the entire situation by forgetting her name and asking what it was about 7 times. (No judging! There were a lot of drinks involved!) After more conversations and a few dates, the couple officially started dating in August of 2022. They quickly learned how they brought out the best in each other and knew it was something that could last. In June of 2023 the couple moved in together and Sarah introduced Dean to their annual camping trip to the Adirondacks. While Dean had never been camping before he enjoyed every second of it and cherished the new adventures the couple were beginning to go on! Sarah was introduced to Dean's competitive side when he got her involved in Pickle Ball and Golf. The former is now one of the couples favorite things to do together! Sarah likes to think she is not competitive but that all changes on the Pickle Ball court. In January of 2024 the two rescued a dog named Snoopy. When they first met Snoopy, Sarah fell head over heels and had to have him. A new adventure and challenge that the two could not be happier with! (If you ask Sarah she will tell you it is her baby and she gave birth to him.) In June of 2024, Dean thought it was time to make official what had been known for months and he proposed. Sarah was completely shocked when Dean had organized an entire party with her parents and friends without her knowing. Sarah loved every second of that day and couldn't be happier with everything that was ahead for the couple! We cannot wait to get married and are very excited to have very close family and friends attend the wedding!
