Will I need a passport or special visa to enter into Greece? Are there any other requirements to enter into Greece?

Answer

To enter Greece, guests must possess a valid passport. For detailed information on obtaining a passport, please visit www.travel.state.gov. The standard processing time for a United States passport is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, so please plan accordingly. ETIAS will start operations in the last quarter of 2026. There are no action is required from travelers at this point. There are no specific vaccinations are required for entry into Greece. We highly recommend exploring Global Entry and TSA PreCheck to streamline your airport travel experience. The dress code for our evening wedding is black-tie optional (tuxedos or suits for men and formal cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women). Please dress according to the weather as it will be outdoors for the ceremony and reception.

We invite you to be fully present at our unplugged wedding ceremony and we kindly ask that you turn off your phone and cameras during the ceremony. We have asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us.

Can I drink the tap water?

Answer

The tap water is currently not safe for consumption. Kindly use bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.
