Kaela is my older sister, matron of honor, forced bestie since birth and the best auntie to my Oaklynn and Liam. She is married to Breanna and they recently welcomed their first baby boy into the world. She is the quieter and more reserved sister of us 3, but she is also the smartest and most responsible one. I have always looked up to Kaela and she's the first person I call when I have an "I don't know" moment. If sharing a room growing up wasn't enough, we then went to the same college, worked at the same place, and also rented apartments at the same house so we could knock on the walls and talk to each other. If that doesn't say sisterly love then I don't know what does. Ever since we were little girls and playing Barbies, even though Kaela always took the good Barbies and gave me the trash ones, I still always pictured my big sister standing by my side as I say "I do." I couldn't imagine doing this without her and am so thankful I've lived every step of my life with her.

Now Maddie on the other hand, she's the baby sister, and we may have a 10 year age gap between us, but we bicker like we're both little teenage girls. When I'm around Maddie I can guarantee you that she will leave her phone someplace in public and we will have to go searching for it, but she will also make me laugh and yell at me all in the same day. Although she's forgetful and silly, she has a huge heart, loves all animals, and is smarter than she thinks she is. When Maddie was born I instantly knew that I was going to take her under my wing and protect her for our whole lives. She is a little piece of me that I will always need in my life and it's an even bigger bonus that she's such a good aunt to my kids.

Bre is my sister-in-law, married to my sister Kaela, and she is one of my favorite lesbians. Whenever I'm talking and say "my sisters" it means Kaela, Maddie and Bre because she has been in our lives for so long that she basically feels like my biological sister (lucky her). Bre is the type of person that I can ask anything to and she won't make a face or judge me for it even if she disagrees, but she'll still give me her honest opinion. She's always up for trying new things and going new places, but we always have to stop and get food first. As much as she hates being involved in big events like this, she wasn't given a choice whether to be a bridesmaid or not because she is important in my life whether she knows it or not. I'm so glad Kaela picked Breanna to be my sister-in-law because life wouldn't be the same without her.

Heidi is the most beautiful mom of my 2 favorite boys, Silas and Asher. We have been friends for over 10 years and have experienced many versions of ourselves with each other. My favorite one is getting pregnant with our youngest babies at the same time and creating life long besties for our own kids. Heidi and I have lived together, vacationed together, and worked multiple jobs together. She's the type of person that knows the answers or solutions to all of my problems and gives me a sane mind when I need it. Whether we are working together or have all 4 of our kids playing together, we just know what needs to be done to help each other out without even speaking, we just flow together. At some of my lowest times in life, Heidi has always been a phone call away and she's there to pick up the pieces. And at the best times of my life, shes right there cheering me on. I'm so thankful we get to live our lives by each others sides.

Haley is my bestie, my very first friend in nursery school at 3 years old with over 25 years of friendship. She has a degree in psychology and currently works with children with autism which speaks for how patient and understanding she is. My childhood was spent at Haley's house. Whether we were bickering with her sisters, sneaking out at night, or riding on the fourwheeler, we were never bored and always laughing. But you can never expect to get a full night sleep when she's around because she will keep you awake talking all night. All my favorite memories have her in it. Haley was the first person I called when I found out I was pregnant with both Oaklynn and Liam and I can't wait until she becomes a mom herself. I'm so proud to call her my best friend and to have spent my life with her.

Megan and I met right out of high school. We were the only girls at a party together and our first encounter was me holding her hair back while she tossed her cookies and we've been close ever since. She's one of the most caring and silly girl I've ever met and it's easy to gravitate to her. Megan has a son, step-daughter and a little one on the way. She puts everyone before herself and always makes me feel important. She's the best co-pilot when I want to go driving around or go get food and she never says no to any of my crazy ideas. Sometimes the greatest people are the ones you meet later in life and I couldn't have picked a better friend. She never judges me and always supports me even if it's by handing me a stiff drink while I'm going to the bathroom to change my mood. I'm lucky to have someone like her in my corner.

Lacee is my sister-in-law, Dean's oldest sister, and the best girl mom to our 4 nieces. She is with Dean's groomsman Kyle. Lacee is beautiful, crazy and kind (as long as you're on her good side) and is one of the most tenacious people I know. Even though her and I are forced to love each other because she's Dean's sister, I truly think that if we were to meet under different circumstances I would still gravitate towards her and choose to be friends with her and have her in my life. We can talk on the phone for hours and never run out of things to say, but she doesn't get the nickname "spacey Lacee" for nothing and we're guaranteed to laugh every time we're around her. I feel lucky to have not only a sister-in-law, but a friend, and someone that always takes my side over her brother's side. I always feel understood and cared about when I'm with her. Everyone needs a Lacee in their life.

Kayla is also my beautiful sister-in-law. She is married to Dean's groomsman RJ. Just like my Kaela, Dean's Kayla is also the responsible one. She has so much love in her heart and I can't wait to watch her be the best mommy so I can spoil her baby just like she does mine. Kayla has seen it all and done it all. Always going to new places, traveling, camping and attending events. When I have ideas for things, she always has the best input and even better ideas to contribute. Her and RJ always include us and our crazy kids on their camping trips or just relaxing at the house. My favorite perk of being her sister-in-law is always being fed the best foods and drinks. I love being a part of Kayla's pregnancy/motherhood journey and am so excited for this next chapter in her life. I wouldn't be able to marry her brother without her love and support and couldn't have chosen a better sister-in-law.
