Where and when should I RSVP?

Please RSVP directly on our wedding website under the RSVP tab by August 26th!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Only if indicated on your invitation. If a plus one is indicated on your invitation please include your plus one's name and dining preference on the RSVP.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope parents will enjoy a well earned night out!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

A limited room block is available at Beauport Hotel Gloucester on a first-come first-serve basis. Once the room block is filled, any additional guests will have to call and make a reservation outside of the room block and are subject to pay the Best Available Rate. Information on how to book and other accommodation options can be found under the travel section of our website.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Trolley shuttle will be provided for guests to and from Beauport Hotel and Cruiseport Gloucester. Complimentary valet parking is also available at Cruiseport Gloucester.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The address of Cruiseport Gloucester 6 Rowe Square Gloucester, MA 01930 All locations are wheelchair accessible.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We please ask that you be at our ceremony 20 to 30 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony (starts at 5 o'clock). Please consider allocating extra time for travel to our wedding. Typical travel time from Wilmington to Gloucester on a Friday is between 1-1.5 hours.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at both accommodations and our venue. Complimentary valet is provided at Cruiseport Gloucester.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. There is outdoor space and fire pits to enjoy throughout the evening.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal Attire is preferred. We want you to dress your best! We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will have an open bar! We encourage you to use the hotel block and the trolley provided between the Beauport and Cruiseport.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that during our ceremony, pictures only be taken by our photographer.
