How do I get to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will be picking up from Ashworth By the Sea at 3:30pm to bring guests to our wedding venue in time for our ceremony. Even if you are not staying at the Ashworth you can still take advantage of the shuttle service. Just meet outside of the Ashworth by 3:30pm on Friday Sept 23. The shuttle will depart Applecrest at 9pm to return guests to the Ashworth that wish to leave the party early. Otherwise a final shuttle will depart Applecrest at 10pm to return guests to the hotel and to the after party location. If you wish to drive, the address is 133 Exeter Rd, Hampton Falls, NH. Parking will be provided on site and you can pick your car up the next day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that guests wear Garden Attire for our wedding. This includes: nice slacks and collared shirts for men, and sundresses or nice jumpsuits for the ladies. We also recommend chunky heels, wedges or flats since the event is outside.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The New Hampshire Seacoast in September is typically mild. Highs can be between 70-80, while lows will hang around the 60's. We recommend layers!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Applecrest Farm Orchards located at 133 Exeter Rd, Hampton Falls, NH. Our ceremony will be outside in the orchard. Our reception will take place under a sailcloth tent.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be invited to attend a cocktail hour on the patio of the restaurant at Applecrest. Light passed apps and drinks will be provided.

What do I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

We completely understand if you cannot attend, but you will be missed! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible using our website so that we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a hotel block for out of town guests?

Answer

We don't have a block but if you visit the "Travel" page of our website we have listed 3 hotels that are providing discounted rooms for our guests. We also recommend searching local air bnbs or vrbo rentals in Hampton or Seabrook Beaches.

What is the RSVP deadline? Can I do it online?

Answer

We would appreciate your RSVP no later than August 31, 2022 to allow us time to finalize our plans. Please visit the RSVP page of our website to do so.

Can I park at Applecrest

Answer

Yes, parking is available. You can also leave your car overnight and pick up the next day.

Will there be a "goodbye event" the following day?

Answer

Yes! Join us at 5 Methuen Street in Seabrook for a casual day-after pizza party from 11am - 1pm on Saturday September 24. Tripolis pizza, mimosas and beers will be provided. Bring your swim suits if you would like to use our unheated saltwater pool.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you please put your phones away during our ceremony. We have hired photographers to capture the moment! As for the reception, feel free to take photos and post away. Please tag your photos with #ibilodo so we can keep track of all your pictures.

Is there an after party?

Answer

We will be heading to Bernie's Beach Bar in Hampton Beach after the wedding. Please join us on their upper deck to keep the party going.
