It was January 2019 when Deana and Drew's love story first began! Just two, single, thirty-somethings who happened to be on the same dating app. After some initial chit-chat, numbers were exchanged and a first date was had. Not long after that date they begin spending all their time together. Since then they have moved in with each other, continued traveling as much as possible, and cooked their way through Covid. For them, 2020 has been the best year yet!

July 3, 2020 was a seemingly normal day where we planned a small trip to a secluded beach north of Jacksonville. After picking out a cool spot to picnic, surrounded by huge driftwood trees, the scene was set. As Deana posed for a picture gazing out into the ocean, Drew slipped a collar on their dog Benji that read "Will you marry my dad?". After Deana realized what the collar said, Drew was down on one knee asking for her hand in Marriage. The answer is self explanatory.
