Tom is Dean's best friend from middle school. They both graduated and went into the military with Tom joining the Air Force and Dean the Army. Tom's life eventually brought him back to San Antonio where Dean was living which allowed them to reconnect. Now they enjoy golfing and cigars every chance they get

Ronnie and Dean grew up together from elementary school through graduation, eventually both joining the Army. After a few years, life brought them back together in San Antonio. These days, they take every opportunity to get in a round of golf—while never missing a chance to give their Air Force buddies a little grief whenever possible. We’ve had several fun adventures traveling with Ronnie and Darlene, and every one of them has been a blast.

Kent and Dean met through Tom. Kent is also prior military & served with Tom in the Air Force. Like the others, Kent & Dean also enjoy a round of golf any chance they have. Kent and his wife Wendy have also been great traveling partners with us the past few years. Looking forward to many more traveling adventures ahead with this group of friends.

Jen & Deana became partners working on the Ambulance in Waco more than 20 years ago That allowed them to form a bond and friendship that made them family. Jen is Deana's best friend, but really considered a sister. They have seen each other through many ups & downs along the way.

Christy is Deana’s “little” sister. Like all siblings, they had their fair share of fights growing up, but as adults, Deana takes great joy in watching Christy care for her family with love and dedication. This also extends to the many “kids” she inspires and supports as a passionate educator. Deana couldn’t be prouder of the woman her little sister has become.

Katie and Deana met more than 21 years ago while she was dating Justin, Deana’s little brother. It didn’t take long for Deana to see how happy she made him—and she instantly knew Katie was a keeper. Once Katie and Justin started a family, she became a supermom, caring for them with love and dedication. Deana has immense respect and appreciation for Katie and considers her a sister, not just a sister-in-law.

Evie is Deana’s niece, and Deana has loved being a part of her and her brother Weston’s lives. As the only little girl in a family full of boys, Evie definitely holds her own. She’s a tough little country girl—active in softball, volleyball, gymnastics, and even hunting with her dad at times—but she also has a tender heart of gold. It’s a joy for Deana to watch her grow into the beautiful young woman she’s becoming.

Weston is Deana’s nephew. Full of spunk and adventure, he also has a heart of gold. He keeps everyone on their toes with his witty comments, but shows tender love for the family pets. Like his sister, he’s very active in football and baseball. Weston is truly fun to be around, and a joy to watch grow.
Alivia Asher
Flower Girl
Alivia is Dean and Deana’s first grandbaby. She already has Abuelo wrapped tightly around her tiny little finger—and she doesn’t even know it yet! He’s in for it once she figures out how to use that to her advantage, lol. Since she lives a few hours away, Abuelo and Grammy D’s days are brightened whenever her mama shares pictures, videos, or FaceTimes. When they get to visit, it’s pure joy to enjoy lots of baby snuggles. Abuelo and Grammy D look forward to watching her explore the world and grow.
