When is everyone getting there?

We are getting in on Wednesday, December 5th and our wedding party is arriving on Thursday, December 6th. If you choose to get in before the weekend, we are planning on having an informal get together on Thursday, December 6th. Please let us know and we will make sure to include you in on the fun!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please keep in mind that due to the city's Night of Lights celebration, traffic is heavier than usual and parking is extremely limited. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:15.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a pay-by-the-hour municipal lot within 1 block of the wedding location; however, it is often full. There is no allocated parking for the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from the Courtyard by Marriott leaving at 2:45 prompt.
