Please arrive at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) on Friday, November 14th before 2pm if you can, as the Welcome Fiesta will begin at 5pm.

We will be keeping everyone looped in on transportation methods from the airport to Sayulita. The ride is about 45 minutes!  Once we receive flight information, we will be providing a shuttle from the airport into town at 2-3 different time windows on Friday.

For your stay, we recommend to stay in Sayulita which is a small chic beach town filled with boutique hotels, and airbnbs. If you prefer to stay at a resort, we recommend to stay in Punta Mita (30 minutes away)

Within Sayulita, all the events will be within walking distance or a golf cart away from where you will be staying. We will be providing a list of places shortly!
