Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the delta variant, and surges of cases in many areas, there are several precautions we will be taking for all our wedding events. Our focus is on the health and safety of all our guests, some which are too young to get the vaccine or have other risk-factors. - We need everyone who will attend to be vaccinated for COVID-19, if they are eligible. - Face masks will be required, worn covering both nose and mouth, except when actively eating, drinking, or taking photos. - Refrain from attending in-person if you experience COVID symptoms or have close contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the event. - Please try to reduce your risk of exposure to COVID in the week or two leading up to our wedding, including wearing a face mask in public, social distancing, and limiting in-person interaction beyond your household.
We will be using EventLive to video and stream our wedding ceremony and also our reception features. Please use this link to visit the site for the stream. https://evt.live/amy-charles-wedding We plan on starting the ceremony stream at 3:30p, and starting the reception stream around 7:00p. You can also use the site to get notifications or reminders for when the stream is starting, or leave us a message in the virtual guestbook.
Our rain plan for the ceremony will be to hold it in the Tanglewood Hills Chapel. This is at the same location as our reception venue, just in the other building across the parking lot. If we need to move to the Chapel due to rain we will post a sign and send an email notification through Zola (our website).
