Love at 1st swipe

It all started with 2 right swipes on an App we both hated. Dave was visiting NJ for only 3 days before heading back to Florida, so most can understand why we knew this was fate from the start that we only had such little time for the opportunity to connect locally on a dating App. An instant "click" was felt between us. Casual fun conversation immediately began, which then turned into everyday conversations. For months we texted, spoke on the phone, and FaceTimed until we HAD to finally meet. At this point it had felt like we'd known each other our whole lives. Dave flew to NJ and with butterflies in our stomachs met for our first date at Ringwood State Park and some spontaneous skeet shooting. The comfortability and connection between us was undeniable. We had fun together so easily. The laughter and smiles were constant, and the spark was real. That first date turned into an entire day of being together, and the following days as well. At the end of Dave's trip when it was time for him to head home to Florida, we knew this was something special and we couldn't have been more right about that! Fast forward through months of long-distance dating and flying back and forth, to the Jersey girl moving to Florida to be with the man of her dreams, to the most perfectly planned surprise proposal on the beach of Naples, FL, and a beautiful new house we've now made a home. Life together is nothing short of a dream come true and we can't wait for our forever!
