WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner, the better!! Please RSVP by September 5th, or earlier if possible. We appreciate your prompt response!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd “Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the couple as soon as you are aware.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

For parking, guests are asked to park at “Sawmill Pond,” located just five minutes from the venue. A shuttle van will be available to transport guests to and from the venue. ADDRESS: Sawmill Rd South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Sawmill Pond by 3:15 PM. This will allow plenty of time for mingling and finding your seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. The shuttle service will run until 3:45 PM to transport guests from Sawmill Pond to the venue. Please ensure you arrive in time to park and catch the shuttle before the wedding begins. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

We're so excited to have you join us! Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Our celebration is themed around the rich colors of fall: burgundy, burnt orange, mustard yellow, and forest green. We encourage guests to embrace these colors and dress in formal attire that reflects the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the season!

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE OUTDOORS?

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. We're looking forward to celebrating with you!
