Answer

Kindly refer to your invitation for details regarding the location of both the wedding and reception.

Answer

Given the wide variety of accommodations available in the area, we have not reserved room blocks. For your convenience, we have listed a selection of local hotels on the travel page.

Question

What is the dress code of the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail attire. Suits are encouraged for gentlemen, and cocktail-style dresses for ladies.

Question

Answer

You’ll find this information included in your invitation.

Question

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

We are so grateful to have you be part of this special time in our lives. Your presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift we could ask for! For those who have expressed an interest in blessing us with a gift, we've created the registry below to make it easier. Please know that while gifts are not expected, they are deeply appreciated. Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. We encourage guests to arrive by 3:00 pm to allow time for parking and locating the entrance, which opens at 3:15 pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to find your seat. Immediately following the ceremony, we’ll enjoy a cocktail hour—during which you’ll also have the chance to take photos with our photographer if you’d like! The reception will follow, filled with dinner, drinks, dancing, and celebrating together. We anticipate the festivities wrapping up around 8:30 pm.

Question

How is parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue offers plenty of free on-site parking, including designated handicap spaces for your convenience.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors on the deck overlooking the lake. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will be held inside the club.

Question

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

In mid-November, Westlake Village enjoys mild weather, with average daytime temperatures ranging from the low 60s to mid-70s °F, and evenings cooling into the 50s. We suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap in case the evening turns breezy or a bit cooler.

Question

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

For the ceremony, guests are welcome to select any seat of their choice, with the exception of those marked as reserved. For the reception, seating will be thoughtfully arranged, and table assignments will be provided to guide you to your place.

Question

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?

Answer

We invite you to explore the ‘Things to Do’ section on our travel page, where we’ve shared some of our favorite places to dine, sip, and discover throughout our city.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding be an ‘unplugged’ celebration. Please set aside phones and cameras so we can all be fully present in this special moment together.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

When sharing photos from our celebration, we’d love it if you tagged us and used our hashtag, #DBandJ25, so we can enjoy your memories along with ours.
