The wedding will be held at Hotel Haya. You have until - DECEMBER 12, 2025 - to reserve your room at our group rate. After this date, the rate will increase. When reserving, please utilize the given url or call the reservations line and mention our last names to ensure you receive the correct rate. If you plan to drive, valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $10/day, or $35/day for overnight parking. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM the following day. We recommend booking both Saturday and Sunday to ensure you're ready for the wedding and have a place to rest afterwards. Please note: If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, you must notify the hotel at least two full days before your check-in date to avoid a charge for one night’s stay plus tax. Flight
Tampa International Airport is the closest to the venue, just a 20-minute drive away. While airfare may be slightly higher, you'll likely spend about the same in gas and rental car fees as you would flying into Orlando, which is about 1.5-2 hours away. Ultimately, the choice is yours, and we want you to feel comfortable with whatever option works best for you!
Rental Car
Rental car prices near the venue are around $110 for a two-day rental (as of Nov. 25th). A shuttle is available at the arrivals exit to take you to pick up your reserved car at the airport.
