-Throughout our stay, Brooke and Andrew will be sending communication through TextMyGuest. You don't need to download anything - all texts will come from the number (830) - 582-9404. If you need to get ahold of Andrew or Brooke, text our personal cells! -This is a great website to have handy on your phone! It'll show you restaurants, activities, menus, etc. https://eldorado.stay-app.com/?utm_campaign=anonymous&utm_medium=qr&utm_source=TV&id=xOwG -The resort is split into 3 sister properties: El Dorado Royale (adults only), El Dorado Casitas (adults only), Generations Riviera Maya (family). Guests ages 18+ are free to roam through all 3 parts. -Brooke and Andrew will be staying at the Casitas. Come stop by whenever - our Casita will have a private pool for all our guests! - The resort is walkable, but about a mile long . There are golf cart shuttles circling all day to take you where you need to go. If you need to be somewhere by a certain time, please give yourself 20 minutes to get there. - If you arrive before 3pm, you may not be able to get into your room. The bellman will hold your items and you will be free to roam the resort until your room is ready. - Remember the tap water in Mexico is not treated the same as the water in the US. Please call room service if you need additional water bottles! - Sunblock is $20-50 USD at the resort, so please make sure to bring plenty. We will have extra just in case. - Bring small bills – tips are not required, but very appreciated by resort staff. US Dollars are fine! You don’t have to exchange them.
- You may see QR codes for a "Visitax" around the airport. Personally, we've never paid this and never had issues. However, do whatever you feel comfortable with :) - Upon exiting the airport, there will be dozens of people trying to sell you timeshares and taxis. Just keep walking! -If you booked transportation through our travel agent, a rep in a teal shirt will be waiting outside. If you can’t locate them, ask for Lomas Travel.
- We recommend visiting your concierge booth closest to your room to make dinner reservation as soon as you check in. The restaurants fill up quickly! If you are 18+, you can eat at any restaurant throughout the resort. - You’ll be on your own for dinner every night except for Saturday. The Welcome Event on Thursday will be from 5:00 - 7:00 pm with apps served. If you are going on the boat with us, we will be back to the resort at 6:30 pm. -Dinner dress code: Ladies: Capri pants, Dresses, Skirts, Long Pants, Shoes, Dress Sandals. Men: Formal Bermuda shorts, Long Pants, Collared shirts, Casual shoes or dress sandals.
