When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are due in July. If you need to make any changes after July, please contact the bride or groom directly.

Question

Are there special precautions due to Covid-19?

Answer

Yes. We look forward to celebrating, but due to multiple high-risk friends and family members who will be in attendance, we respectfully ask that you attend only if you are fully vaccinated (at least 1 full dose) for Covid-19. We are not requiring face masks at the event, but feel free to wear one if you so desire. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a wedding theme?

We're calling it "Rustic Elegance." We want our wedding to be stylish and fancy-ish while also reflecting the beauty of our natural surroundings.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Rustic Elegance/Flagstaff Formal... aka, Get dressed up and express your personal style, but also be comfortable and practical. Look good AND feel good! No need for tuxes, suit jackets, high heels, or full-length gowns (unless you want to wear these things, and then of course, go for it). As far as color palette goes: We're using fall hues (burgundy, greens, pinks, rusty red/orange, ivory) for decor and our outfits/accessories.

Will there be food and beverages?

Answer

Yes and yes! We will provide dinner and drinks for everyone. Dinner: Fat Olives pizza, salad, & roasted vegetables Alcohol: open bar after ceremony with beer, hard seltzer, and wine (please tip the bartender with cash) Non-Alcoholic: water, bubble water, and sodas

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. Please do not attempt to do so, as you will be asked to leave. There will be an open bar with beer, hard seltzer, and wine.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Who knows?! We live in a high desert (elevation approx. 7000ft) at the base of a mountain. Major temperature fluctuations and swift weather changes are common, as well as dehydration and dry skin. -Bring layers to wear for your stay in Flagstaff. -Unless weather is absolutely terrible and we have to squeeze everything inside, we will be doing the ceremony outside, dinner inside, and then music and dancing outside. Check the weather forecast, but always bring a jacket just in case. -Use lotion, wear sunscreen, and DRINK WATER!

Will there be shuttles for the wedding?

Answer

No. Please plan for your own transportation with a designated driver. You can use local cabs, Uber, or Lyft if you prefer not to drive.

Is smoking/vaping allowed at the venue?

Answer

No. Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the venue (including in the gardens and on the patio).
