When can I reserve my room in the room block?

It is open now! See the travel page on how to get your room/cabin confirmed. After September 1st, 2025 the rooms block will no longer be available.

What are the rates room blocks?

Rates for the lodge rooms each night for the weekend is $199.99 2 Bedroom Family Cabin Deluxe $299.99 per night Cabin Suites (2 Queens, living room & kitchenette) $269.99 per night.

How far are the cabins from the lodge?

Answer

Between 100 - 200 yards from the reception area.

Can we bring out pets?

Answer

Yes, there are limited pet friendly accommodations. However they are not welcome at the wedding ceremony/reception unless their name is Meeko.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, music will change during the reception late in the evening. After that point, you may not want your kids to see Julia pop lock and drop it. ;)

Yes, please let us know on your RSVP if you have any food allergies. If you don't tell us, their wont be any accommodations for you.
