Its finally happenning...

Charles planned this absulotely romantic weekend getaway to Hermann MO. We rode the train there and stayed at the most beautiful winery hotel of the area. The day we got engaged it was a rainy day. Charles had made dinner reservations at the restaurant in the winery. It was a very beautiful dinner he had roses for me there and we had a very delicious meal and wine. After we were done having dinner, we headed back to our hotel. And as we walked back to our Villa, I remember There were so many cute tiny frogs out because of the rain, and being an animal lover tgat I am, it made me so soooo happy to hold a couple of tiny froggs in my hand. Im sure by this point charles was getting inpatient because I couldn’t stop playing with the frogs! Then, Charles suggested we go explore the gardens and the Gazebo. This hotel is just so stunning, so We walked towards the gazebo. Once there, I noticed there were more roses! At that point, I knew something was up. He then held both my hands got on his knee and poped the question! Im sure he said the most romantic and beautiful words, however I don’t remembwr much. I immediately started crying of happiness! It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life and it had taken me by surprise! My ring was a custom made by Charles. He took some inspiration on designs I liked but added his escense to it. The ring is one of my most precious posession because Charles had it made from scratch specially for me. We then spend two more days in Hermann Visiting vineyards and having the most romantic getaway.

Charles and I were single souls looking for fun people to meet online. We first started talking on April fools day of 2014. After messaging back and forward For a few days, we agreed to meet for a quick bite to eat at Free Birds. This date, ended up being super inconvenienced by my not-soo-good directions skills. Turns out I had sent him the address to a different Free Birds, that was 20 minutes out of my way! I was so embarrassed! When he got there, Charles was sure I was standing him up because I was nowhere to be found even thought I kept telling him I was. After checking the address again I figured it out we were both a differnt Free Birds. I felt terrible so I asked him to wait while I drove to him. Charles had less than an hour before he had to be at work that day! Luckily we met and had enough time to had a nice meal. Charles and I have been obsessed with each other since then!
