Right down the street from the venue. Very nice, and right in the thick of it, but pretty pricey

Older hotel downtown. No air conditioning, but great location if you like to be in the middle of things. Very close to the market.

Train

Light Rail

Seattle light rail kicked it up a notch and now goes not just north/south, but also east/west. Wouldn’t recommend staying in Bellevue (on the east side of Lake Washington), but with the light rail in play you could, if you wanted to rely on public transit. You can now just tap to pay with your credit card 👍. Takes about 45 minutes to get from the airport to downtown Seattle.

Travel Note

Buses are your friend

Seattle does a pretty good job with their bus system, and you can tap to pay with your credit card. If you are comfortable exploring with public transit, we would recommend using the “one bus away” app. Helps with planning.
