There are a select few tiny humans that are attending this event and we are putting them to work in the ceremony. But if finding child care will prevent you from attending, please let us know.
It will come as a shock to no one that weddings are expensive, and the per person catering is the bulk of it. Truth be told, our initial list included over 175 people...but our bank account unfortunately found that calculation downright terrifying. So we had to make some tough choices. Please understand that if you do not have additional names listed on your invitation (or in your group when you RSVP), we are currently not able to include a plus one. We hope to be able to extend additional invitations closer to the date, once we have a sense of how many people are not coming. If you REALLY want to bring someone and you are interested in donating to our wedding fund, let us know, we are not opposed to that!
Be COMFORTABLE! We encourage you to take this opportunity to dress up with us in a cocktail or "garden party" style (i.e. sundresses, khakis, fun party dresses). If you want to pull out all the stops and show up in a full on tuxedo, go for it! Please note that if weather allows the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dancing shoes are required.
No, but Uber/Lyft are a wonderful thing! And even better is that you can book them in advance! Please plan for how you will get home before you arrive. The venue does allow for cars to be left in the parking lot overnight.
YES! Please let us know if you have any allergies/sensitivities/dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will make sure the Chef is aware and ready to take care of you. We promise it is no trouble at all.
Yes, the venue has ample free parking! You may leave your car overnight if you need to.
