Are masks required?

Given the current increase in Covid cases and the fact that mandates are being re-enforced in many areas all of our guests SHOULD PLAN ON MASKS BEING REQUIRED BY THE VENUE. We do not know at this time if that will or will not be the case but it is a VERY REAL possibility. The wedding venue is a farm that is owend by the City of Collinsville Parks Department and therefore any Ilinois state laws or mandates will be strictly enforced by the venue. Please be respectful of this fact and respectful of our ceremony and reception.

Question

What if the increase in COVID cases leads to a gathering limit size in the state of Illinois?

Answer

While we very much hope this is not the case, as with mask mandates, any government mandate from the state of Illinois will be strictly enforced. We would be absolutely heart broken to have to ask some of our guests not to attend. We would not have the abilty to postpone our wedding at this point unless our vendors are actually forced to shut down completely so we would still plan to have the wedding. This is something we would address if this actually happened and would hope that all our friends and family would know how devastating such an occurance would be for us and accept the choices we would have to make. We would plan to hold a live steam event in that case.
