Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe—but what followed was anything but ordinary. We met on Tinder, under a category set to our university, UTSA. From the very first few messages we knew something felt different. The conversation was effortless and captivating, even with just a handful of words. It didn’t take long for us to realize there was something special worth exploring. When we met in person, the connection was undeniable. The chemistry was instant, and we quickly discovered how much we had in common—from our values and interests to the way we saw the world. We officially began dating in November 2019, and from that moment on, life has been better together. Over the years, we’ve shared countless adventures: traveling to new places, exploring different cuisines, spending time outdoors, staying active, and—much to the surprise of many—bonding over our shared love of video games. Whether we’re chasing new experiences or enjoying the simple, everyday moments, we’ve learned that the best part of any season is walking through it side by side. Throughout our relationship, we have grown deeply in our faith and strive daily to live out the character of Christ—loving others, showing kindness, and serving our community in both small and meaningful ways. We’ve experienced many seasons of life together, and through them all, we’ve learned that life is lighter, stronger, and far more joyful when you have the love of your life to lean on. We believe marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God, and it is one of the greatest blessings of our lives to have found one another. As Scripture reminds us: “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” — Mark 10:9 We are so excited to begin this next chapter, united in love, faith, and purpose, and committed to spreading God’s love together for the rest of our lives.
