Katie and Dayna grew up together in a small town and have been best friends since elementary school. They share a love for Syracuse basketball, Beyoncé and true crime podcasts. Dayna and Dan are proud aunt and uncle to Katie's giant dog Oakley (not pictured).
Jake
Best Man
Jake and Dan have known each other since elementary school and are more like brothers than friends. They have years of memories of their favorite past times of talking sports, watching movies and playing Nintendo. They're even both getting married in 2020 and not surprisingly will be each other's Best Man.
Alana
Bridesmaid
Dayna and Alana grew up together but became close friends while both living in NYC. Some of their favorite memories in New York have been made rooting for the Syracuse Orange at East End on the Upper East Side!
Eric
Groomsman
Eric and Dan met at the ripe age of 21 while working at Artist Arena in NYC. They became fast friends with their shared love of random trivia and sports and have remained close even with Eric now living in Florida.
Bianca
Bridesmaid
Bianca and Dayna first met at their first job out of college and bonded while working for state government and political campaigning. While Bianca has moved across the country and back, they've remained close friends and take the opportunity to fit in a girls weekend whenever possible.
Evan
Groomsman
Dan and Evan became friends in high school and bonded through bike riding and spring break trips. They eventually became roommates in NYC and Dan had the honor of officiating the wedding of Evan and his high school sweetheart, Jeannette. Dan is looking forward to Evan returning the favor by standing by his side on the big day.
Kaitlin
Bridesmaid
Kaitlin, also referred to as Dietz, went to college with Dayna in Albany. They moved into their first apartment in Astoria together and continue to have standing brunch and beach dates.
Iain
Groomsman
Dan has known Iain for 13+ years and is proud to call him his brother. He met him as a frat boy and has watched him grow into an amazing husband to Dan's sister and father to our beautiful flower girls, Laila & Nora. Dan always fills Iain with wings and/or 'cones' whenever they get together.
Sammy
Bridesmaid
Dayna and Sammy were sorority sisters and roommates through college and moving to Astoria. They've had many adventures over the years and still continue to bond over visiting their favorite NYC dive bars, Mexican food and good books.
Liam
Groomsman
Liam is Dan's nephew and also an amazing cousin to both our flower girls and the best big brother to our ring bearer. Liam keeps Dan young by playing catch, football and basketball at all family functions.
Laila & Nora
Flower Girls
Laila and Nora are Dan's nieces who light up his life and have lovingly accepted having an Auntie Dayna. Laila is an experienced flower girl and will show her little sister Nora the ropes in her debut down the aisle.
Brady
Ring Bearer
Brady is Dan's youngest nephew, but able to keep up with his big brother and cousins when it comes to playtime. He'll be making his first wedding debut as Ring Bear ... I mean Bearer.
